Blue Foil Balloon Weight

Cone shaped foil balloon weights to hold down helium filled balloons. Weight 170g. Each weight will hold down up to 11 x 45cm latex balloons, OR 5 x supershape foil balloons OR upto 21 x 45cm foil balloons. For a great display idea 1 foil weight will hold down 1 x foil supershape balloon, 2 x 45cm foil balloons and 8 x 45cm latex balloons.
