This kooky clown outfit is a hoped dress, a long sleeved shrug a soft fabric top hat, a bow tie and a pair of striped tights! Wigs and noses are available separately. the dress is sleeveless, so you could wear this without the jacket. The hat is lined with foam fabric to give it some body but not add extra weight. Fabrics are 100% polyester, exclusive of trim.
